    Industry-Leading Scientific Glassware

Lab Society by Agrify distributes top-tier, premium-quality laboratory glass made of lab-grade borosilicate glass.

A Leader in Scientific Glass Manufacturing

We take great pride in our custom-made scientific glassware. Over the years, we’ve seen the tremendous impact that the quality of lab glass can have on productivity – for good or bad! After observing the frustrating effects of cheap glass failure in our own labs, we made the decision to only create, source, and supply the best chemistry glass in the world.

    A new approach.

Unsatisfied with what was available on the market, we created our own, patent-pending designs and products.

Our high-quality glassware features perfect transparency, tremendous strength, and exceptional resistance to chemicals and contaminants.

Worried about broken or cheap glass?

    We’ve got you covered.

Have you ever been running your lab, when a critical piece of scientific glassware suddenly fails? Have you ever felt that you had to tip-toe around your own laboratory? Like your glass could break at any moment?

    We’ve been there…

    …and it’s no fun.

See the benefits of top-quality glass in your lab.

We got frustrated with all of the cheap, poorly made glassware on the market. It just wasn’t performing up to our standards.

Unlike some manufacturers or resellers, we built all of our products based upon years of extensive real-world testing in actual commercial laboratories.

    Solution: Patent-Pending Scientific Glassware

We spent months drafting new designs and getting sample products. This led to brand new solutions for problems that hadn’t been solved before.

We found new suppliers, right here in the USA. Our goal was to deliver consistent quality and raise the bar for durability in real-world applications.

Only when we felt that we could fully rely on our laboratory glassware in our own facilities did we know that we were ready to put these products out into the world.

    Why use borosilicate glass?

We offer a comprehensive selection of borosilicate glass items like flasks, burettes, beakers, bottles, and much more. With an ultra low coefficient of expansion, this type of material is resistant to both heat and chemical attacks.

Borosilicate glass can handle thermal stress and withstand high temperatures. Our products work in pressurized systems with ease.

    Quality you can rely on.

We back all of our original scientific glassware with our outstanding technical support and the warranty. Due to the nature of glassware, we are not responsible for glass that breaks due to misuse, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear.

That’s why we recommend buying a spare for all essential glassware components to avoid unnecessary delays in your laboratory operation in the event of an accident. If you are unsure about whether your specific case is covered or not, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.

    Information about scientific glass:

    Control the flow of fluids:

Glass laboratory components are vital for controlling the flow of liquids or fluids within your set-up. For example, stoppers can be useful in processes such as chromatography. You can also control the flow by using connector glass, such as tubing, t-connectors, or other forms of adapters. Coupled with a valve, you can precisely control the movement of liquids in your system.

    Glass can create air-tight seals.

Contrary to popular opinion, glass makes an excellent choice for creating an airtight seal with joints. With proper joint sizing, a small amount of high vacuum grease can create an air-tight seal that’s capable of withstanding deep vacuum without deformation or breakage. This feature is key for processes that involve a vacuum of any kind. Always remember to use Keck Clips when connecting glass joints to ensure that they stay connected and won’t accidentally come apart.

Connect scientific glassware with flexible tubing.

A barbed hosing adapter coupled with flexible tubing (such as the one offered by Versilon) can help you connect disparate pieces together. Simple valves (or stopcocks) can easily and precisely control the flow in your system. These valves can be made of plastic, glass, or any other material.

Glass helps you accurately measure volume in your lab.

If you recall your first chemistry class, you’ll remember that glass is an excellent choice for volumetric measurements that require high precision. While accurate measurement is useful for all laboratories, it’s especially significant in testing labs and the like. The degree of accuracy in measurement of any component is referred to as its metrological grade.

    Cleaning without degradation.

Unlike plastic or metal which can degrade with cleaning or repeated use, a key advantage of glass is its general ability to be effectively cleaned. It can either be soaked in a liquid bath with detergents or other cleaners, or if the glass is tough enough, it can withstand sonication. Once cleaned, it can be re-used again and again.

    Common uses of laboratory glassware:

    • Collecting or storing reagents or samples
    • Conducting experiments
    • Performing testing in a controlled environment
    • Creating an air-tight seal (together with vacuum grease) for use in vacuum systems
    • Condensing or evaporating liquids
    • Cooling or heating samples safely while avoiding contaminants
    • Observing reactions when total transparency is required (for example to observe changes in color)
    • Controlling the flow of fluid
    • Accurately measuring the volume of liquids
    • Dispensing precise amounts of certain liquids
    • Applications in which easy cleaning is a necessity
    • & much more!
