Propane Extraction

Propane oil extraction is a hydrocarbon extraction process that utilizes propane as its solvent. Similar to butane extraction, with the the primary difference being the replacement of butane with propane. Because propane extraction can run at higher pressures, it strips different combinations of wax, oils, and cannabinoids. What this means is that, depending on the plant strain and desired output, propane extraction can isolate fewer residual chemicals and retain higher levels of terpene.
